2. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR-K / PIPL)

We process Children’s personal data only under one of the following lawful bases:
· Parental consent (GDPR Art. 8; PIPL Art. 31)
· Performance of a contract, such as enabling gameplay
· Compliance with legal obligations
· Legitimate interests, applied only to non-identifiable analytics necessary for service improvement and only when such interests do not override the rights of the Child

We do not use Children’s data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or significant effects.

3. How We Use Children’s Information

We use data about Children only for purposes permitted by applicable law, including:

· Providing gameplay, features, and core functionality
· Maintaining game progress, preferences, and safety

When retention is no longer required, we will:

· Anonymize it so it can no longer identify the Child

Parents may request early deletion at any time.

Parents and guardians have the right to:

· Delete the Child’s account and data
